Original factory precise matching, zero modification during installation
Designed specifically for XCMG series tower cranes, the appearance contour, installation supports, and fixed hole positions are fully aligned with the original vehicle structure of XCMG. There is no need for cutting, opening holes, or modification when replacing new and old equipment. The components can be simply aligned and bolted for assembly, suitable for new machine installation and maintenance of old machines.
The exterior color and the original copy of the XCMG group logo are maintained. The overall appearance is highly consistent, meeting the requirements for original factory equipment matching and acceptance.
2. Thickened sheet metal structure, high-altitude seismic resistance and durability
The entire structure is formed by thickened steel plates through bending and full welding. The frame has sufficient rigidity, and the tower crane is less likely to have weld cracks or shell distortion under long-term start-stop, rotation vibration conditions, with excellent fatigue resistance.
The entire process includes rust removal, phosphating, primer, and multiple layers of paint spraying. The yellow and black original factory color paint surface has strong adhesion and is not prone to fading, rusting, or peeling in the environment of sun exposure, rain, and dust corrosion. The service life is longer. A lifting hook mounting lug is reserved at the top for convenient transportation and lifting machine installation.
3. Layered panoramic windows, safer lifting operations
The side part is arranged with multi-grid tempered glass windows, eliminating blind spots in lifting operations. The observation of the hook, lifted object, and floor conditions is clear, the alignment is precise, and the risk of collision and falling objects is effectively reduced.
Tempered glass can resist crushed stone impact and withstand high-altitude wind pressure. Rain scraper components can be added to adapt to rainy weather. The doors and windows are equipped with high-density sealing strips to prevent wind, dust, and rain leakage, and to isolate high-altitude noise.
4. Humanized cabin layout, alleviating fatigue from long-term operation
The internal space is spacious, with reserved operation control consoles, seats, heating and cooling air conditioners, and pre-installed monitoring lines. The wiring troughs are neatly arranged, and the installation and wiring of electrical components are neat and convenient.
An independent lockable sealed cabin door is provided, preventing accidental opening during operation. This not only ensures operational safety but also blocks dust, noise, and prevents leakage of rainwater. It optimizes the high-altitude operation environment.
