The entire machine undergoes rust removal, phosphating primer + multi-layer paint spraying. The paint film has excellent adhesion, is resistant to grinding wastewater, glass dust, and grinding agent erosion, and is not prone to rusting and peeling. It is long-lasting and durable in the humid and dusty glass processing workshop.
The edges of the sheet metal are treated with passivation and deburring, without sharp knife edges, making it less likely to scratch personnel during assembly and maintenance; the internal structure is designed with a flow channel, facilitating the collection and cleaning of wastewater and debris.
III. Pre-installed positioning structure, reducing assembly time and improving efficiency
The multi-layered ring-shaped cavity is reserved with dedicated installation positioning positions for the main shaft, polishing wheel set, transmission components, water circulation pipeline, and dust removal air duct. The assembly alignment is precise, significantly reducing the need for secondary hole drilling and modification processes during the machine's assembly.
Reserved maintenance openings, observation windows, and cable passing holes for convenient replacement of grinding wheels, cleaning of accumulated dust, and maintenance of the transmission motor. The maintenance is convenient and highly reliable.
IV. Sealed dust-proof and noise reduction design, meeting environmental protection requirements
The closed-type enclosure structure can be equipped with door panels to achieve full enclosure operation, blocking the scattering of glass debris, grinding water splashes, and grinding dust, reducing dust pollution in the workshop, and blocking the transmission of operating noise, conforming to environmental protection control standards.
Sealing strips can be added to achieve waterproof and dust-proof sealing, preventing water from seeping into the internal electrical and bearing transmission components, and extending the service life of core components.

The cavity diameter, total height, partition layout, and support dimensions can be customized according to the equipment drawings, suitable for circular glass, irregular glass edge grinding, multi-sided polishing, automatic grinding, and other types of glass processing equipment.
Supports both integrated one-piece molding and segmented assembly structures. The large shell can be disassembled for transportation, and assembled on-site upon arrival, avoiding the problem of oversized transportation.
