The structure is made by full welding of square tubes and thick steel plates, with internal reinforcement ribs arranged reasonably. The overall bending and torsion stiffness is excellent, suitable for high-speed reciprocating and vibration operation conditions of equipment. It is not prone to deformation or weld cracking during long-term operation, and can suppress the resonance of the entire machine.
High-precision positioning installation holes and bearing seat installation positions are reserved on the plate surface. The tolerance of the hole positions is strictly controlled. The transmission shaft, rollers, and motor modules are accurately aligned during assembly, ensuring the coaxiality and processing accuracy of the equipment.
Two. Anti-corrosion spraying process, durable and resistant in workshop environment
The entire structure undergoes rust removal and phosphating pretreatment, and is surface electrostatic spray painted. The paint surface has strong adhesion, is resistant to dust, oil, and water vapor corrosion, and is not prone to peeling or rusting. It is suitable for long-term use in humid and dusty workshops such as glass processing, automated assembly lines, and machining.
The edges are ground and deburred, without sharp corners. The assembly, debugging, and daily maintenance are not likely to scratch the operators and supporting components.

Internal reserved installation spaces and wiring troughs for transmission mechanisms, cylinders, pipelines, cables, and electrical control components are provided in the frame. The division of labor is clear, and there is no need for large-scale hole drilling, cutting, and modification on-site during the assembly process, significantly reducing assembly time.
Reserved anchor bolt installation holes at the bottom, which can be fixed on the ground or equipped with shock-absorbing foot pads. The levelness can be adjusted as needed, and it is suitable for stable installation requirements.

The length, width, height, plate thickness, opening position, reinforcement plate arrangement, and door / hollow style can all be customized according to the equipment drawings. Hollow reduction weight models and closed protective models can be made.
